Mawsoul Delivery — Terms of sale & delivery

These terms apply to grocery orders placed with Mawsoul for delivery in Machta Hassan and Machta Hammoud (Akkar, Lebanon).

1. Service. Mawsoul lists products from a contracted supermarket (buy-when-sold). We arrange preparation and delivery by a local rider.
2. Orders & payment. Orders are confirmed when payment is completed online. Riders do not collect cash.
3. Delivery fee. Shown at checkout (about USD 1.50 unless updated on the site).
4. Service area. Machta Hassan and Machta Hammoud only.
5. Availability. Depends on the supermarket at preparation time. Unavailable items may be removed or substituted with your approval.
6. Timing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Refunds. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we refund the relevant amount through the same payment channel when possible.
8. Suspension. Accounts may be suspended for abuse or fraud — without interest or late-payment percentages.
9. Contact. Use the Contact page or the phone/email on the website.
10. Law. Governed by the laws of Lebanon.
